75 people or 42 seated at tables.

Advance day set-up possible, depending on venue availability.
What is parking like?
Parking on Seven Pines Road, or off-site at nearby facility with use of local mini-vans or buses rented for transportation.
Is the Faerie House wheelchair accessible?
Two or three entrance steps; no ramp access to building.
How many restrooms?
One first floor restroom; rental of upscale portables an option.
Is the lake accessible?
Beach/lake access via earthen path, depending on lake levels
What is the Rental Fee?
Rental fee (includes cleaning) varies depending on type of event.
Can we tour the site?
Building tours by appointment ONLY.

Reservation secured with deposit (50% at contract signing, total due 120 days before event).
Cancellation policy & refunds (see Willowbrook; refer to contract).
Photo shoots (engagements, holiday cards) welcome: minimum three-hour rental
